Worry not. It need not go to waste. Just use it for cooking, or hot choc, or melt it, and stir in some cream or nuts...

never let choc go to waste. Haha!

Ah cream and nuts, I like that combo - might do that today for the cinema tonight, thank you!

@walnut_face re your comment about 99% choc, don't do it! I bought a bar from fancy Rococo, £4.95 (shoot me now, I'm a marketing mans dream!) and can't stomach it ....

Sticking to Divine 85% now, best I've found
I have Lindt 90%, love it but not the price! 85% tesco cheap, but too sweet for my blood

Quick Venison meatballs in Tomato & Basil Sauce with Zero carb noodles/spaghetti.

Sometimes I can't be bothered to cook from scratch. I need something quick, easy & filling which is low carb too. So for the family evening meal, we had Lidl Venison Meatballs with a jar of Lloyd Grossman Tomato & Basil sauce. Sometimes I bulk the sauce out with mushrooms or whatever veg is in the fridge...but not tonight. This was served with Bare Naked noodles as a spaghetti substitute. I get mine from Morrisons. Parmesan shavings on top. Garden Salad as a side. All done in 15 minutes.

Went on a freebie cooking course at KitchenAid today. Made rocket Pesto, Béarnaise sauce, chips (beyond amazing, I did have 5!) and steak ... 3 pieces each - so much steak! It was amazing, and apart from the chips LCHF

Drooling........,

The smaller steak, fillet, was amazing. So soft and tender - I'd go out and buy some, but apparently they are £12 each to buy!

And the chips I had were so good, only had around 7 but so tasty.

Back to boiled egg this morning :)

Stop - STOP!!!!! I can virtually taste it! :)
I'm having boiled eggs this morning, too. With LivLife toast and lots of French salted butter. :hungry:
And tonight, as it's Bonfire Night, it has to be hotdogs (in soft white buns) and tomato soup - it's the law! (Think I might be able to get away with it as these antibiotics are driving my BGs quite low.)
Have a lovely day, Andrew!
:)

B: bacon and egg and a coffeesubstitute
S1: choc courgette brownie - delicious http://cafedelites.com/2015/07/21/low-carb-zucchini-brownies/
S2: another one. With double cream
D: my new favourite thing: eggs baked with avocado and salsa. Just roughly chop an avocado into a small baking dish. Spoon in some salsa. Crack in a couple of eggs. Scatter a smidge of cheese over to stop the eggs drying out. Bake at 175 for 35 mins or until the egg puffs the cheese into a dome. I make the salsa by squshing up some cherry toms with a spring onion, a blob of garlic puree, a crushed fresh chilli from the freezer, and seasoning. Lovely.
