I'm sorry to hear you're not well, Johnny. I hope one of your friends visits and can bring you some things you need. Try and keep your fluids up and stay warm. Big hugs xGood morning, my fine, caring chums,
I don't feel very well today, I'm burning up with a virus and aching and feeling like I've got a temperature all over my body. I haven't had anything to eat today and don't have any coffee, I've just been drinking tea with milk and 3 sugars each, crazy I know when I'm diabetic. My blood glucose level at 10:55 ante meridian is 9.5 Millimoles Per Litre. I must lay off the sugar and take sweeteners from now on. I feel really rough.
How are you @walnut_face ?spooky @ickihun was also thinking about them today, ot lack of posting from them
Hellooooo, @13lizanne and @ickihun - I'm here! Been looking after my youngest granddaughter today and she's pretty high maintenance ( i.e. not to be trusted when she's alone and quiet!), so this is the first chance I have had to get online.
Good luck, Vicky - I hope they can get you sorted xxxA raging sore throat, probables from the kids. I think toddler was messing with my lemonade yesterday, the monster.
Off to see gp about liver results and possible side effects of naproxen and a possible change.
Anxious about seeing gp but that sees to be me a lot lately!
I'll ask about magnesium levels too. Breathing hard in walking.
Oh and if he can get me assessed about my walking with/without aid. Still in pain and using crutch.
Oh you poor thing! Make sure you keep up your fluid intake (but not sugary tea!) You would be much better off drinking tap water. Sending you hugs and I hope you feel better soonGood morning, my fine, caring chums,

Back from GP and he's referring me to musculoskelton unit for walking aid assessment. I'm still struggling, more so now I cannot breath properly. Dizziness and twitching and weakness on one side with numb leg with scatica and sacroiliac joint pain. Stopping naproxen on gp advice too, incase experiencing side affect (breathing).@ickihun morning sorry to hear your so poorly today. Hope you feel better soon & get good results from the doctor. Take care x
Jammy! Do you need anyone to carry your bag?I have had an imflamed toe for a couple of weeks now. The redness and swelling ease, then I go for a run, and it's like a belisha beaconI'm in two minds about taking it to the Docs. Other than that trying to put D into the background a bit more.
Off to France yet again next week @PenfoldAPD @debrasue to buy a glass basin. Then back there in Ardres for wine tasting and a several course lunch first w/e of December
Good grief! It sounds as if you're getting worse, Vicky. Did the GP not say anything about your breathing, dizziness and numb leg? Sending big hugs xxBack from GP and he's referring me to musculoskelton unit for walking aid assessment. I'm still struggling, more so now I cannot breath properly. Liver is showing a medium enzyme outout. Stopping naproxen might help. (63 in count currently)
Poor Johnny - it sounds if you're having a rough time of things just now. I'm glad that Lee is going to be helping you when your carer is not available, though. Sending big hugs xGood Afternoon, my good, caring, fine friends,
I anticipate that I made myself physically unwell by exposing myself to an abnormally hot, unventilated environment in my one bedroomed council flat, the heating was turned up to its full capacity, the windows weren't open for adequate ventilation and I was self neglecting pretty badly. Since my Carer ran me a lukewarm bath and I washed myself all over and turned off the central heating and opened the sitting room and bedroom windows, I feel slightly better, if not one hundred per cent, but a lot better. The precipitants of these struggles I have are down to sensory abnormalities in my Asperger Syndrome and my inability to recognise when temperatures are too extreme. That's why my Carer has to run my bath for me to make sure I'm not getting in to a scalding hot bath. I have been susceptible in the past to urinary tract infections and I did notice my urine was a bit dark, a bit darker than it should be. My friend Lee Collingwood is going to run and check my bath for me on the days when my Carer is not available and ensure that my central heating isn't too hot. I'm going to be consulted by my GP on Friday 25th for urinary tract infection and if that's what I've got be given antibiotics.
I had 2 slices of buttered toast for my breakfast this morning and a sardine sandwich just now. I experience some pain when chewing my food, especially crusty bread, so I could have a tooth infection or mouth ulcer for not brushing my teeth regularly and through smoking hand-rolled cigarettes.
Love from Johnny Baker, a sufferer of Asperger Syndrome and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
Nope. Other than heart scan date and info will be through soon.Good grief! It sounds as if you're getting worse, Vicky. Did the GP not say anything about your breathing, dizziness and numb leg? Sending big hugs xx
