D. Roast lamb, cabbage, carrots and eschalion onions. Strawberries and yoghurt.
I do have a pomegranate pot which will hopefully stop me from hoovering up the rest of the crackers.![]()

B: bacon, sausage, egg, mushrooms tomatoes, a hash brown and a herb tea. stuffed. yet hungry 4 hours later.obviously too many carbs.
L: coffeesubstitute and cream
D: DietDoc tandoori salmon and huge salad. I am now breathing garlic like a fire breathing dragon. Lovely.
