What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

The plague still lingers but not as bad. Legs still feeling the effects of my sadistic physio yesterday - but in a good way. Bed on 6.5 up to 7.3 and been lurking around 6.5 the rest of the day.
B. Yes it was 2 scrambled eggs with parsley and a dash of cream and 2 rashers crispy streaky bacon. Chestnut mushrooms. One day I may get bored with this but I like it.
L. Was hungry today after 2 hrs in the pool. Steam helped the plague. Poached salmon fillet, lettuce, 4 cherry tomatoes , jarlesburg and applewood smoked minis.
Cup of vegetable bouillion.
D. M&S Steak Hache (big burger basically but only 1.2 carbs) asparagus, 1/2 mini cauliflower and mushrooms.
Sugar free jelly 6 raspberries and 2 teaspoons of cream.
Seems to agree with me - 6.5 pre dinner 6.4 After.

Yesterday was cheese omelette with bacon, egg mayo with avocado and a few walnut bits, courgetti with tomato sauce and 5 of the Lidl frikadella (?) meatballs

I'm in the middle of a streaming cold so apologies if I have already posted the above - it seems vaguely familiar!

Breakfast: 2 eggs and 4 grilled streaky bacon plus mug of coffee with double cream

Lunch: Nothing

Dinner: Mr C is cooking :) so some kind of variation on baked garlic chicken with a roasted aubergine dip called Imam Bayildi (which is ah-may-zing) and some salad and, maybe, some DD keto garlic bread.

And some wine ;)

Cheese omelette with mushrooms
Smoked salmon, avocado with mayo and about three walnuts
Fathead pizza +/- salad - depends on nose due to cold!

Hello
B. Raspberries and yoghurt

L. Fathead cheesy crackers with melted Camambert

D. Roast lamb, cabbage, carrots and eschalion onions. Strawberries and yoghurt.

I do have a pomegranate pot which will hopefully stop me from hoovering up the rest of the crackers. :)

Swimming with No 1 grandson on Saturday's so breakfast is always Brunch. Still not 100% , bed on 6.4 , FBG 7.4 , pre brunch 7.3 - really not looking good for my coffee
B/L cup of vegetable bouillion, 2 scrambled eggs with parsley and a dash of cream, 2 rashers crispy streaky bacon, portobello mushroom, tomato and a mini cheddar.
D. Prawns with lettuce, tomato, avocado, Helmanns, boiled egg and some roasted pepper. Sugar free jelly with cream and raspberries.
Still just drinking water and bouillon.
