What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Last night I made a nice pizza thing. The bottom was sliced, lightly fried eggplant (thanks DietDoctor). Then I covered in sautéed zucchini, some tomato puree and pesto, then grated cheese. Topped with black olives, anchovies, red onion, finely chopped red capsicum, pepperoni and some turn basil leaves. Cooked in oven for about 15 mins.

It was bloomin' luvly!
 
In the morning coffee nothing else, mid morning a tangerine, lunch - a spinach salad with a couple of slices of old cheddar and for dinner poached haddock with raw broccoli - just before bed time (which is coming up as it is 10:40 PM here) - a nice glass of dry red wine. I'll sleep like a baby :)
 
Monday

5km run
L: Left over fish pie
S: 200g peanuts :oops: cant resist them
D: Turkey stir fry, red pepper mushrooms, pak choi, brocolli, carrot and courgetti coated in tumeric 2hr BG 4.8 :D

Sounds divine. I did a search on the Diet doctor website and I found an aubergine gratin but no pizza thingy.
Does this recipe have a name please?
 
B. Homemade LC granola
L. Chickpea omelette with courgettes and cottage cheese
D. Stir fry made up of halloumi, brocilli, mushrooms, red peppers and courgette.
 
Afternoon All,

Food at relatives is proving successful.
Roast lamb and greenery on Monday. Roast belly pork and greenery Monday. Pub this evening (gastropub).
Cream lake is shrinking fast. I have no idea where it is disappearing to, actually. I am certainly not getting through it all!
Maybe my hedonistic low carb creamybuttery ways are corrupting the natives...?
 
Breakfast: cheese omelette
Lunch: egg, spinach and roasted cauliflower
Tea: stewed steak (5 chunks and no root veg or gravy), cabbage and leeks with cream

Not planning anything else
 
My coffee experiment has been high jacked. My cold obviously had not departed as I jumped from 6.4 overnight to 9.5 drinking only water. I was puzzled until in the last 30 mins my nose became runny and a sore throat re-emerged.
B. Same as yesterday 2 scrambled eggs with parsley and a dash of cream 2 rashers crispy streaky bacon and a chestnut mushroom
L. Nothing
D. Salmon fillet with soy, ginger and chilli. Steamed shredded sprouts and a small salad
Only water all day.
 
I've got a horrible cold so didn't manage the whole fast planned for yesterday

Today:

Breakfast: Avocado

Lunch: Either another avocado or maybe scrambled eggs

Dinner: Fat face pizza and salad

Snack: Sugar free jelly
