Yesterday I started to reduce my insulin, my evening units were replaced with a Metformin tablet, if all goes well I will stop the morning units to be replaced by Metformin also, so fingers crossed in the near future no more insulin injections

5.3 and fitbit has "stolen" 90 mins of my sleep. Slightly exuberant after watching football last night but certainly not awake from 1.00 to 2.30. My wife is ill atm so I assume it has picked up her motion and ascribed it to me. Anyone else wear one of these and get same problems?

I know I seemed to have it under control then Xmas and new year came and although the figures where ok I just seem to have lost it a bit ,my wife thinks it’s because I’m having a couple of vodka Diet Coke on a Saturday night again but I think not but maybe it is

5.2 at 6:00 am.

I had no problems during the echo cardiogram yesterday morning my spo2 never went below 94% and my heart rate stayed in the high 60's.

Had great treatment from the radiologist / sonographer while he was probing around my chest. I see the cardiologist next Thursday morning for the results.
