What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Afternoon everyone I've been in hospital this morning and had the carcinoma removed and a skin graft won't have results of biopsy for 3 weeks,everything went well just thought I'd update you all after all your valuable support. Take care K

@Cumberland Dead right that's me, at least on the surface my blood pressure gave me away though170 can't remember the other!
I try not to worry Geoff so I don't show how frightened I really was,but that's me,that's why it's been so therapeutic to spill it all out on here. And for that I'm so grateful! K top of leg skin graft bottom where they have removed it,hope they aren't to graffic! K

K it was delicious...enjoyed every mouthful...especially the cream that oozed out as I bit into it...for some reason my hard work isn't usually borne out by my HbA1c results...but confident my management overall is the best I can get it (for me)...so philosophical about that...working as hard I can...that's the best I/we can do.

8.6 yesterday morning ! No idea why...readings generally a bit higher this week..hmmmm.
I didn't actually spend Valentine's Day with my diabetes consultant as it happens; snowed in !
Why did my parents not conceive me in Provence ? Probably because they seldom got out of the Gorbals.
