Weekly weigh in - Fridays

Oops. Been a while. I've been using medication for my type 2 since July and have regained all the weight I lost - currently 420 lbs now, but my latest hba1c was 36 and everything else is looking good.
 
Morning all.

A loss of 0.4kg this week. Had gone up 0.3 last week so a real loss of 0.1kg, but it takes me under 60kg so a big psychological boost, weighing in at 59.9kg.

Gym appears to be paying off as in the in the past week lost 0.7cm from my waist and 1.5cm from my chest (would rather it came off waist/hips).
