5.8 for me which is much higher than Normal. Even washed hands etc but it is what it is. Culprit is I'm thinking 2 x pieces of 85% chocolate with coffee with cream at about 9pm. Wouldn't mind but i wasnt even hungry, im just trying to maintain weight and not lose. Won't be doing that again!!!

Morning all,
6.5 (48) before bed & 6.7(50) this morning better readings for me. I saw the nurse Yesterday and she was pleased with my results although I had a few low ones (3.8, 4.1) but general pleased. she said I must carry "sugar" with me (i.e. jelly babies) just in case I go to low especially before driving. And I have dropped another gliclazide tablet so that's good

Good morning all. 5.1 today. Managed a good average yesterday and no 6s (2hours post) . So thats an improvement on recent days. Home gym today. Have a good one.
