12pm Today was liver pate on crispy bacon strips (that will never get old!)
7pm my lamb heart/liver/kidney/mince stew, with morrocan spices. Very enjoyable, once i had seasoned it enough, which took a while.
Am considering some goatsmilk yog, too. But will wait an hour.
Had a very busy weekend, and ate rather irregularly, but sleep was good, energy levels great, and I got a tremendous amount done. Very pleased. This newfound paleo/keto/carni stamina is wonderful. Such a pity I didn’t discover this years ago - unless it is purely because my digestive tract is now actually absorbing the nutrients properly?
@Pipp your ankle swelling comment suggests a food intolerance to me. May have suggested this to you before, I think. I suggest you look at what you have been eating recently, and (once you have had a week or two off all those foods) reintroduce them one at a time to ID the culprit(s).
