Like, like, like , like, like, like - will be adding Jamiesons to my shopping list.@DJC3 - There are loads of LC Baileys recipes on 'tinternet. I haven't tried any of them as I have never cared for it. As I said, I've never tried any, but lowcarbyum is usually quite reliable: https://lowcarbyum.com/copycat-baileys-irish-cream/

This year I have 2 litres of sloes and gin, one of sloes and vodka, and one of strawberries and vodka, all percolating nicely.
The stawb is probably ready to drain and sweeten (erythritol), destined for xmas presents.
The sloes need another 2 months, then as long as possible to mature. And they are ALL MINE.

And me! Might be more than one glass I raise though. Just discovered a Keto creme de cacao so Brandy Alexander could be back on the agenda if I can find a high enough proof vodka. Might get away with 90 proof spirit as the base as the 150 they use give you 80 proof finished which sounds a bit mind blowing! And mine, I miss liqueuers especially at Christmas. I’ll be raising a glass to you this Christmas @maglil55

Should we change the thread name to what have you eaten and got drunk on today ?You will certainly be seeing more than one!
Omad day today, sort of.
Early lunch so we could get out to see the Armistice day parade going through the village at 2:30
Slow roast lamb shoulder, roast celeriac, roast broccoli, buttered cabbage and cauliflower cheese.
Followed by a total success of a pud - New York style cheesecake from Carolyn Ketchum’s Everyday Ketogenic Kitchen book. She also blogs under AlldayIdreamaboutfood.com so I expect it’s there too.
Made the traditional way in a bain marie it tastes exactly right. 2.6 g carbs per slice 1/12 of the whole, but could easily get more slices than this. Wish I’d taken a photo of a slice before it was all eaten.

As I said, very good job only 1 son here and school day tomorrow, In a couple of weeks all 3 boys and all grandchildren here so may go all along the spirits cupboard plus the stash of single malts people buy me for Christmas - double digit boxes still boxed - doesn't float my boat atm but would be a fun afternoon no doubt, You would be most welcome @Emma_369 (until the moment you strayed into the "good" brandy and portI could have done with your mid afternoon!
