Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

I have had the strength and doseage of the paracetamol increased, so it could well be the cause of my higher readings. I will try and do with out them for a while and see if they are the problem.

Careful though - if you do without and you pain increases, that’ll put your bgs up too! What a minefield!

I have not taking any this morning, if I do I will go back to the lower strength otc paracetamol I took before.
 
Hi all. Depending on which meter you believe, either 4.4 or 5.6 this morning.
happy medium perhaps? still quite a differance though ...today i cant check got a E9 showing which i guess is dud battery have a good day everyone...

Ah that’s ok then!
I spent my working life in a hospital lab. I can’t tell you what ‘blue milk’ reminded me of but I’ve never drunk skimmed milk because of the blueish tinge which remind me of this particular sample we used to analyse.
