Assume I’m mentally healthy for this post.
6 mos since discovering Type 2.
Low carbs (-20 grams) healthy fats and very strict.
Results amazing.
Christmas holidays with weight loss, I OD’d on chocolate chip homemade cookies (but they had high % cocoa and Einkorn flour!)
Fasting BG in am 170 (9.4)
No kidding— for a full week I had obsessive thoughts about homemade warm melting chocolate chip cookies.
Last night, the cravings were less.
Remove assumptions now.

Double drat. I liked cauliflower curry in the Old World BUT you have drawn me in to probably trying a recipe from one of these websites. We try them and then it tastes like a Dementors kiss after way too much faffing about - on your head be it

Thanks Sue looks good...btw I would not use onion powder in the other recipe..a finely chopped small onion or banana shallot would be tastier.
