Morning all.
@PenguinMum sorry about the pains. Hope they soon ease.
Score on the door is 4.4 this morning and I’m on annual leave. Off out for a walk shortly and then lunch with a friend. Hope you all have good days too.

6.6 this morning which is no surprise after celebratory meal last night, ate too much and far too late but the cause for celebration..... scan was clear!
I have a reprieve and 6 months to enjoy life before next time when the rollercoaster starts again. Feeling light as air today though, everything and everyone is wonderfull ( especially you folks on here)

6.6 this morning which is no surprise after celebratory meal last night, ate too much and far too late but the cause for celebration..... scan was clear!

I feel perfectly fine. Not at all unwell and as not on any medication it’s unlikely to drop any lower. Now I’m up and about I’m sure its gone up nearer a 4 now anyway as I usually rise a little once rushing around

Thank you. Read the benefits and thought it was worth a try so doing my first 48hr fast and as it stands it’s something I’d definitely do again
Edited to add congratulations on the clear scan! Definitely worth a celebration!
