A high 7.5 today. I only had chicken noodle soup yesterday, so it's either because of the 8 beers, or dp as I didn't get up and test until 1.30.

Got my HbA1c result yesterday. It was 52. GP and nurse happy with that. I was 43 last time but the GP reduced my gliclazide due to the risk of hypos. And I can still bring this down myself by being more determined this year to lose weight.

Took a reading 3 hours later 6.6 . First reading was after wife had woke to let me know son couldn’t get car started this morning oh ! I thought I’ll get the jump leads and drive the 200 miles to Aberdeen and get him going . ( good divorce lawyer anybody?)
