Lunch: Cheese and Vegemite sandwiches.
Dinner: Seafood marinara and reheated pasta (spirals).
Breakfast: Usual c & m omelette, bacon, tomato and a reheated spud lite tater
I eat low carb bread and potatoes, and the pasta is cooked then reheated as per Micheal Moselys show, if any one is wondering.

I have Faturday every week when I treat myself to a thing I've been missing do a scone may have to go on the list (I'm was prediabetic btw, now no longer but am not stopping low carbing any time soon!)
