Type 2s: What have you eaten today?

bacon egg tomato mushroom
two slices of corned beef , beetroot two boiled eggs
took mum to the doctors got home was ravished so just ate two slices of bacon and a small bar of dark chocolate and double cream coffee .
I do not normally snack but felt shaky and really hungry , feeling better now . Blood sugar is 7 .

B: Berries & Greek yogurt, 2 small pieces of smoked haddock poached in water.

L: Ham & tomato on Hovis Nimble wholemeal, scotch egg

T: Pork sausage & cauliflower cheese, copious amounts of red wine :smug:
 
This morning I had a bowl of buckwheat oatmeal with a bit of maple syrup and milk this evening I had 3 eggs 2 sausage some hash browns sprinkled a little blue cheese over the eggs 1 piece of bread and a coffee this will be all my food for the day I normally don't take lunch
 
Today I had for breakfast: bullet proof coffee/skinny syrup/Walden's farms coffee creamer (all low carb), 2 slices Keto bread toasted/butter/little dab of low carb marmalade and one egg, between 8:30 and 9:00.

For lunch, around 12:30 or so, a small amount of homemade yogurt, a few almonds sprinkled over and one Keto peanut butter ball. My blood two hours later was 10.1. WHAT?

Would eating too soon after breakfast be the reason? It's depressing when this happens because I don't want my A1C to go up in March. I've had a lot of stress since mid-December, but I'm not eating anything that is not low-carb. What am I doing wrong? I haven't been able to get out for our normal walks because our weather is extremely cold and there's lot of ice. Lack of exercise may not be helping much. Any thoughts or tips are welcome.

L: Ploughmans lunch consisting of extra mature cheddar, ham, silverskin onions, sandwich pickle and an apple. Mullerlight yogurt.

T: Chicken fajitas without the wraps, coffee.
 
Lunch
Piece of roast chicken salad of little lettuce three slices of cucumber, beetroot onion little carrot and coleslaw about a desert spoon.
Coffee with no sugar.

Tea didn’t really want anything but had a fork of coleslaw, three cherries tomatoes and two slices of palma ham.

Felt better today, still as I would rather miss out one meal. But giving it a try
 
Today I have had:
Breakfast half a avocado, little balsamic vinegar mashed with one small piece of cheese and teaspoon of coleslaw . And a cup of tea.

Meat out was : starter of mussels in cream and white wine. They were so fresh and delicious

Then salmon with potatoes which I asked to leave out, but were on my plate,but left them.
a piece of salmon with a cream sauce peas and a few beans.
Very nice and fresh did not feel over full.
I had coffee and water with meal and no sugar in any drinks since Sunday night.

Weight 16.8 on 8th February
15.5 on mon 18th Feb so pleased with this.

T: Omelette with red onion, mushrooms, bacon & cheese, baked beans, coffee.
Tonic water (SF).

B: 2 strawberries and a blob of Greek yogurt, bacon & 2 eggs, apple juice.

L: Leftover chilli, peach slices, mullerlight yogurt.

T: Sausage cassoulet (new recipe; deeelish & very filling).
Red bush tea.
 
Yesterday

B coffee with cream
L 2 low carb sausage with scrambled eggs (made with 2 eggs and double cream) black tea. Mixed nuts and pork scratchings
T chicken with satay sauce (recipe off diet Doctorwebsite) with a bed on spinach
Jelly and double cream
I drank water thoughout the day
 
So yesterday I had

No breakfast
Tuna mayo salad for lunch
Lots of coffees with double cream
Late evening meal of 4 keto bread rolls with turkey, cheese and mayo
 
Yesterday

B keto coconut porridge with 30g of raspberries and black tea.
L bulletproof coffee with small pack of pork scratchings
T omellete made with 2 eggs, sprinkle of salt, black pepper and garlic with low salt/low sugar tomato ketchup. With a black tea
Snack small pack of pork scratchings and SF Jelly with double cream
 
Im confused people. Looking at what you are all eating
Need advice on food
Im type 2 with high cholesterol 7.5
Dont fancy low carb diet. Any ideas as im only 1 week newly diagnosed and dont see diabetic nutse for 2 weeks
