Back home after my week away.
Back to MY food, too, which is such a relief!
Will gloss over two days of v bad eating involving stuff from M&S that was supposed to be LC but had far too many carbs for my body. And those Kettles crisps. Dang it. Now i have to fight my way off the Kettles Crisps Addiction that has re-awoken.
I know the M&S shopping trip was done with best intentions, and things could have been soooooo much worse. So am actually quite grateful.
Yesterday, after v long car journey and a lot of tiredness (thank you bad sleep and crisp combo) we had Chinese takeaway roast pork omelette. As delicious as usual. And enormous - enough left over to feed both (small) dogs. Mr B also had chips and chip shop curry sauce, the last of which always disturbs me...
Intend to have a v restful day today, and a small amount of non-crisp carbs to wean myself back down. Maybe 20g? Probably as 70% choc and peanut butter. Wot a hardship, eh?
