Hi folks, been T2 since 2007, currently on Metformin and Jardiance after several lengthy periods of careless management interspersed with shorter periods of good management. I had some recent physical symptoms which kicked me back into good/sensible management and joined up here looking for methods and motivations to maintain that for life.

- Do you work? If so, as what? Yes I'm a web developer now having been a programmer since 1984.
