Edit. Inspired by a sunset in a film I watched about Octopus off Cape of Good Hope.
That's a fine old tree you have created in Brom, enjoy the celebrations.Good morning everyone from a dark and very quiet morning in the Midlands.
The wonder wheel of a trio of Thai dishes but no rice came in at 5.2 this am.
An uneventful trip down here yesterday afternoon, avoiding Solihull. Can we have something like a barrage balloon flying high over current hot spots so that we know which areas to avoid?
I can now hear the sounds of tiny feet on the stairs so will shortly be invaded by cast members of that well known CBBC thriller “In The Night Garden”.
Have a wonderful day if you can, must get some koffy on before the madness begins.

Hey @Alien Aspie I love this. Looks simple, but is very effective. I like the apparent simplicity of it.

Great bit of experimental art - reminds me of oil paints drizzled onto water or however that is done.Fbg 6.7
Popeye seems to be getting his fur winter coat. It is all thick and very soft.
Anyway, painting in Procreate today. I had watched a tutorial a couple days ago. And I was going to watch it again when I was doing it. But I thought nah, see if you can remember...and I did!
It starts out filling in your layer with black, then finding the noise setting, and repeatedly doing it until you have this pixelated effect of colours, and then finding other settings where you can stretch the height, so in the end you come up with lines of colours, and so on. And then there is another setting where you put your finger on the coloured lines and you end up with these gorgeous 'marbles' emerging....
But I overstretched on the bottom right exposing the layer underneath, and thought I would be able to work over it later, but that didn't go as planned. So I got two of my tree paintings from last few days, and inserted them in a layer underneath. It looks odd and out of place, but hey I learnt a lot with this!
Now going in my garden to sort out the rearranging that wind did in the night...

Yes that's what is said but I had the antibody test 3 and a half months after I had coronavirus what would be of use if they would test all the people that had antibodies again but I don't seem to be able to get another test . I don't even mind paying for a test but that doesn't appear to be an option either .Hi mojo,
Antibodies can last only two months but what is more important, T cells remember the virus and produce counter-measures next time it invades the body.
This last much longer.

Sounds lovely and relaxing4.8 this morning. Off to to the water gardens this morning. So it will be a gentle relaxing walk with lots of sitting on benches admiring the views.
A perfect end to a really hectic week. Am looking forward to catching up with all the posts and artwork today.
Oh it is SlimLizzy thamkfully...more difficult with him as the wound is on his throat so can't really do the neck rubbing get it down.Your liquid version sounds so much easier.
