A seaside village quite near here called Staithes has a beck running through it and a foot bridge connecting both sides down by the lifeboat station. One side is in North Yorkshire and the other in Redcar and Cleveland. Confusion reigns as each county is on a different covid tier. I can’t see the problem - just figure out which pub is open.
In other news it seems that young Master Macron has been bullying in the playground because nobody likes him any more since he started brandishing his fishing rods. His teacher, Mrs Merkel, has given him a sharp slap on the leg and told him to behave or he and his Italian gangster pals will spoil the euro.
