What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

He was most upset when I told him not to set the Chimes in motion, we really could not live with them chiming through the nights.
I wondered if you could have a word with Mr K and point out the error of his ways. We have 3 clocks that chime. The grandfather clock is the loudest. You can imagine how noisy it is when they all chime in unison.

Good Morning and 6 for me this foggy day.

I really do feel the need to get a Muddy Cycle ride in today as my whole being aches so much and my mind's been working at the speed of light with nothing but nonsense and at the same time in a a sort of brain fog, most likely my Fibromyalgia, Aerobic exercise usually helps so fingers crossed outside fog soon lifts.

Keep safe.

Sorry I'm with Mr K, I would let my clocks chime, I have two that could, but Mrs MC can't live with them chiming she struggles with the ticking so non are aloud (whoops, allowed)in our lounge. :)

Tell Mr K I'm impressed he's got all 3 chiming in unison.

Seeing as I was on here 56 minutes ago, this digital autumnal painting of Cnight Mountain in Procreate (yes it is that misty mountain in the distance), this took me 56 minutes. But I was also doing part of the virtual walk up the mountain...here...

I am tired after that effort now...I need a nap...

That's a fine Misty Autumn scene, I like the texture and colours you have achieved in the undergrowth and tree, light is very good also.

Thank you @gennepher and @ianpspurs . Zoom went well again tonight. More technical issues than Thursdays classes because there were more first time zoom users last night.

I think it was the day for technical issues. Me K couldn't instal an updated plug -in for the cctv camera so we had to phone the tech people who sorted it remotely.

Then in the afternoon my computer crashed with a blue screen and a fatal error message. Tech people sorted it quickly - apparently it was an out of date driver. Thank goodness it didn't happen in the middle of zoom classes.

Another day full of promise. Have a good day everyone. Stay safe, happy and at peace.

I always wonder if I will be fighting fit today and get up and down small drumlin that our gardens on like I did 50 years ago!

A garden day today, there is lot to do.

After seeing Frank Gardner on Being Frank, I should never complain again about my little problems with age.

Please deliver us from a whining Trump today, I don't think Brits would put up with stuff like that.
I hope this brings an end to this phase of divisive politics here in the UK and elsewhere.

Greetings from a giant aircraft car park in Suffolk still unsure who will be the next Commander in Chief and get to play with all these toys. Some very early rising amongst my fellow inhabitants of Carbolite land in many cases caused by pain or anguish I fear. Do accept a hug with sincerest sympathy. I had salmon and salad yesterday (so it is clearly Saturday) and an unusually wonderful 86 sleep score ensued. I hope the assorted artwork, muddy cycle rides, rotator cuff treatment, demo commentaries, time in the garden, dog walks and everything else planned go well. Judging by the problems already faced down with such humour I have no hesitation in coming over all young Mr Grace

Actually not quite in unison. I do love the sound of chiming clocks but not when I am talking on the telephone. When we have visitors they always request we turn the chimes off.

Unless the visitors are faambly that is rather rude. Do the Trumps visit often?
