What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Cathedral
The branched arch in the wild wood is my cathedral broad
the many greens of its canopy, painting to adorn its halls
Stained glass frozen colour shamed by painted changing skies
A precious feast to feed on and unction for our eyes
Spring dawn in vibrant song is its hymn of chorister praise
haunting calls of Greenshank prophesying the wild winds ways.
Springs annual festival with bubbling Curlew song
That man may be the Steward that he failed to be ere long.
Can our Place keep chiselled and honed by the embrace of time?
May the hand of man be lightened in the healing of our world.

No polish needed, a very good poem.

Started reducing my carbs 3 days ago my FB for the last 3 days

Day 1: 9.0
Day 2: 7.6
Day 3: 7.3

Hoping if the weather is good enough and my pain isn't too bad to get out into the garden tomorrow. Still need to finish cutting back some bushes at the side of our bungalow, I got about halfway through when I got ill and haven't got around to doing the rest.

Hug for pain, winner for the reduction of BG readings.

A very quick A4 watercolour as I have little access to my art room. 10 minutes and inspired by @lindisfel poem so I should out of respect give it far more time, so apology to creator, please accept this as a study for a more detailed and careful piece....

I find this writer challenging at times - not intellectually but having an interesting world view. I quite like this and think it may offer something to the organised religion /worship of a building discussion. As always, just my quirky take on life. Obviously I could just be becoming mellowed with the mellow research substances. Mum's the word guys and gals - walls have ears and The Meeja ™ are out to get us. Tinfoil hats on at all times.

Nice Link.
Much enjoyed the read.:)

and as always, every days a school day :D
