As others have said, the fruit juices would be a way to increase blood glucose levels.
Vegan diet would not be my choice, though I do include some elements of a vegan diet in my food choices, such as coconut oil, and coconut and almond milk. If you are committed to eating the vegan way, then perhaps this would be of use to you, @Beating-My-Betes
