I'm orf to do my compulsory day two reentry to dystopia COVID test - JKP was all clear just now. Take that out of the equation, clear up a few niggles then fire up the Quatro - or Swipey.

5.0 this morning, which I am frankly astounded by given we had take away last night. I didn't have anything massively problematic, but deep fried grease is rarely a good idea.

Have to persuade the menfolk back to the good Indian take away next time (I do like a saag panir, and I count myself very very lucky that chick peas don't hate me so I can have an onion bhaji)

I've not tried hummus yet - mostly because I can't really imagine it without really good flatbread. I think, for my sanity, I won't think too hard about that. I do feel your pain!

Thanks. I will use a particular variety of celery which is technically only available for 8 weeks of the year (4 for purists) - just in season now.
