Morning All. 7.3 today after c 20g carbs yesterday. I have started monitoring my BP in the last week and its dangerously high >160/80 mornings and >140/80 afternoon. I wonder if this is pushing my BG up or vica versa. No wish to derail but any knowledge on this by PM welcome. Happy Monday.

After a 16 hour fast (normal procedure) tested and it was 6.9. WHAT???? Immediately tested adjacent finger and it was 6.0. Just shows doesn't it?
