Dental check up was just fine .. all healing up well and no infections. My dentist is mad ,, very funny. Wants to have a couple of professional MMA fights. He reminds me of me when younger LOL I had to tell him, head injury is no joke .. if you must .. do it a couple of times when young for the experience and then stop. Long term damage from head trauma is potentially life changing .. not really worth it unless you're going to be making real crazy money. He's an educated man with a brain and a well paying profession. Not worth risking it! But such is the folly of youth .. I was the same at that age. Mind you, if he fights I'll go along and watch! :playful:

Some people just get these ideas into their heads & just have do it, stupidly I always wanted to go parachuting, went when I was old enough (18) never did it again & wouldn’t want to, but pleased I did it, still got my certificate

Fantastic FBG as usual
40 shoulder presses with 40kg weight impressive
Most I’ve managed on a hang power clean & press is 24.5kg, just couldn’t get up to 25kg
Good that your mouth is all healed & you can have proper food again
Enjoy your day, Monday comes round really quick

Thanks, loads of food & b/s went back to 5 quite quickly, carried on working but wasn’t going to risk the peloton
Great FBG as usual, was going to ask you what banana shake was like but you drowned it in chocolate so probably couldn’t taste it, what’s happened to cauliflower rice?

FBG 9.2 even when I eat nothing BG never below 6.7. I am on very low carb diet and that’s the only way to keep it under control. The hint of anything vaguely carby and my BG is over 10 straight away. I am on 2.1 of Liraglutide, which I use to take with 500mg Metformin SR. That didn’t make any difference at all and gave me a sore stomach. So just on the Liraglutide now. Any advice?

Decided to save time by just adding loads of non starchy veg to whatever I make that would usually have cauliflower rice with. Saves a lot of time! LOL
I can still taste the banana though .. it is actually quite nice.
I'll make some Thai green curry with tuna and loads of veg today.
