5.1 this morning. Full of cold and had an awful nights sleep so a surprising result. Not complaining mind you just grateful ;)

@ianpspurs wasnt too bad, next week it’s the sprint triathlon, all distances doubled apart from cycle (doubled plus 2k)

9.4 bedtime, 9.1 this morning. Bad carb day yesterday, anniversary of husband's death and 2 days before it was anniversary of first daughter's death. Was overwhelmed and ate anything that wasn't nailed down. Hope for better day today, no, it WILL be a better day today

My imagination is giving me a 5.4. I do find that imagination, and how I feel generally , give good and accurate predictions. Would be good to have official, meter confirmation, though.

On a day like that carbs are totally irrelevant. Epic performance just to get through, test this morning and still post. Have as good a day as humanly possible today.

Been as rough as ten bears over the last week and that has resulted in giving FBG od 9's and 8's with a 10.7 thrown in for good measure . Slight improvement with a 7.8 this morning .
