What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Hello everyone on Ruby Tuesday in Breckland which is something I never imagined happening in my wildest dreams. Along with Elsie and a couple of other challenges God is taking me through a module on humility. Uncomfortable but I obviously badly need the lesson. Best not attempt to deport or just conjure up an illegal solution which actually makes things worse . Never ends well either in the bible or modern life. Warmer here today and just our youngest grandson in our care. The denouement of the Test Match and Ingerland FC later so 3 examples of God's marvellous grace in a highly targeted way. Good news on a treatment/management plan @dunelm. On behalf of the talentless, many thanks to you and @gennepher for sharing so freely and enthusiastically. Good to see you here @SlimLizzy If you enjoy the sun, slip, slap. slop, wear a hat and enjoy. If you don't like the sun or it doesn't like you stay indoors or the shade. Back Pain Clinic went well and included talkies with b&w images followed by much torture in the form of bending, stretching, swiveling and preventing to have a hoola hoop. Plan in place, including possibility of 3 week residential course of treatment.
Nothing planned today except a wander down to the post office.
Art bit, another couple of trees added to the line from yesterday’s finish point. Tuesday? If it is, hope it’s a good one. Best dash, koffy to make.

Suduko is definitely classed as meat for me and so is Mah Jong. Mr K does not like either and nor does he like Montezumas.

Mr K was already at legend level. Now I have no idea how to describe such a paragon of taste and virtue. I

Midnight was sitting on the swing, when his eyes opened wide, and he looked towards the undergrowth. Intruder alert, his eyes said. I had my iPad in my hand because I was looking for a kaleidoscope possibility. So I quickly turned it on Midnight and caught one shot before he jumped down and disappeared into the dark vegetation.

This is just his right ear and right eye (so he now looks complete with two ears!

I don't know what is up with Mr Blackbird but he is being constantly chased all day long....by a female blackbird. And he is fleeing for his life. I cannot tell if this is his Mrs Blackbird from earlier this year, chasing him for maintenance, or if this is an admirer of his. But she is very persistent, and all day long the airways above my garden are being crisscrossed by this chase.

All the regular birdies and regular stray cats are all present and correct. Little Miss (teenage sparrow) is still flying with the Bluetit family.

And Midnight, I always feed all the cats and birds immediately I wake up in the morning before I make my cuppas, was sitting in the middle of my bungalow cleaning his face when I came back with my tea and coffee. He looked at me, "You did say I could come in, didn't you." And he continues cleaning himself, while I go back to bed with my cuppas.

I get back into bed, and I can see the swing outside swinging, Midnight has got back outside on to the swing and is overseeing the cat diner while I write this post.

But sometimes it's easy to over assign what cats say .

Remember they still are getting over no longer being worshipped by Egyptian Pharaoh's, etc.
And a infographic I once saw nailed it

So with that in mind it could be more the proverbial teenager response of...

Holy Hoola hoops indeed, batman.

Great that a plan is being formulated tho a
3 weeks residential sounds a bit more intensive then just hoola hooping..?

Whilst I detest the man's politics and antics and want shot of him urgently this photo makes me feel sorry for him. At the weekend I read that he could easily make £5 mill a year when he goes. Good luck to him and compassion says take the money and run now. You look dreadful mate. You're obviously suffering and we are suffering so do the right thing for once.

I'm not sure in which of Dante's circles of hell this belongs.:bag: Surely it is not a serious suggestion? This type of thing is why I will always struggle to take keto seriously. Why add sea salt to an already hideously salty food and what if you don't have a water bath?
Edit: If you are pregnant and that is your craving that is obviously fine.

Just tried it @ianpspurs. It tasted like wet bacon and the chocolate ended up all over my arms and left a dark ring round the bath. No idea what Mrs Miggins will make of it all when she gets in.

Ah, but did you have the jets, music and lights on?. I'm not at liberty to divulge if I know someone with such a bath. A friend does tell me chlorine tablets for such things are becoming expensive.
