Hope Archie improves quickly x6.0 this morning. Archie isn't very well. Will ring vet shortly. It looks as though a wort has suddenly got infected.

Thank you @gennepherIt is good you will be taking away some good stuff from the back pain course @dunelm
Detail on ink drawing is looking good...
Another wonderful autumnal piece - what brushes and background paper are you using?Fbg 6.5
This stray cat comes every day and every night.
He eats food I put out in the day time for the stray cats.
At night he comes in the garden and patrols the entire garden as well as under the swing, several times.
Then when he has done that, the wildlife camera in the kitchen tells me he comes in through the cat flap, apparently with Midnight's approval, and polishes off the remains of Midnight's supper.
But then, the wildlife camera tells me as soon as Ghost Cat leaves my kitchen, Midnight jumps down from his chair and leaves the kitchen also. And the back garden wildlife cameras shows Ghost Cat walking in front of the garden swing with Midnight in close pursuit...
After that, I have no idea...
Ghost Cat watches me in day time, but if I move he is gone.
Creative is an autumn painting in Procreate....
Raining here.
Dull and gloomy...
A hot cuppa needed.
Have your best day today.

Oh dear, well I hope that Archie gets quickly treated.6.0 this morning. Archie isn't very well. Will ring vet shortly. It looks as though a wort has suddenly got infected.
I make my own canvas. I take photos of different textures. When I like one, I made the canvas a sort of white colour within curves setting in Snapseed. I put this in Procreate and then I begin painting.Another wonderful autumnal piece - what brushes and background paper are you using?
Naps are the best...Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen, do you have a hose pipe ban? We do.
.
Blood sugars this morning were 6.0 and if allowed I might be able to throw the dice again.

Did I mention it’s raining cats and dogs, don’t panic I have phoned the RSPCA, they said “ don’t be silly “. Some people do take themselves far too seriously, have I mentioned the woke brigade yet? nah I shall leave them for another yesterday.
Here in Tilehurst Towers rain has stopped play, only things left to look forward to are koffy, vegan bacon sarnies, plinky plonky, mid morning nap, afternoon nap, more tea, koffy, scheming a horror theme for halloween and finally continue writing my begging letters to my MP, begging him not to stand for re election.
Stay safe all.
That autumnal creative is wonderful - even more so than most - if it's possible to differentiate.Fbg 6.5

Thanks @ianpspursMorning everyone from what has turned into a very wet day here with thundery showers to come later. Two sons and four grandchildren were planning to go pumpkin picking today but that has been postponed. @dunelm thank you for the cartoon which sums up my view of where we are as a country. Those who deliberately broke it are now demanding unity and calling for some grown ups in the room whilst also calling for the Lord of Misrule to return. Make your minds up by tomorrow guys. The latest artwork becomes more pleasing to me by the day. I'm sure the addition of colour will delight my old eyes. Thank you. Good news that there are real benefits from the back pain course. Let's hope Mr Pickle and his team mates have further success but more importantly enjoy and learn from the experience, Always hard to enjoy losing though. @Krystyna23040 hug for Archie and I hope the vet can help. @gennepher thanks for the video and creative. Some music, well very nearly, in honour of Stray Cat (lyrics). Sunday lunch with MIL here today which will mean some interesting analysis in Cronomter. Trying to follow Tim Spector's 4Ks - not the 5 Sikh ones - is interesting since it conflicts with received wisdom on sodium and phosphorous levels for kidney health. Yesterday I had kefir, kimchi and kombucha but not kraut - too much S and P with them all.. I now have very detailed analysis of my bloods and follow up phone consultations fortnightly. Both Addenbrookes and Spector are keen on gut microbiome health. Chicken is high in phosphorous so this could be interesting. Have a great day. Mine could be heavily influenced by whether Conte's boys actually bother too turn up today since they stayed on the bus / in the hotel on Wednesday evening.
I really do like this podcast. The advice is so sensibleFor those interested in IF or Tim Spector this is a useful little podcast. Of course some people may have a perfectionist streak and become exercised by a little milk in the morning if a partner or child made the tea/coffee. If you know someone like that follow the Chatham House Rule![]()

If hot air would do the job bring back Matey. The collateral damage would be immense but every action has some kind of reaction. We have had very few dry days in the last month,
the river has been rushing through the hamlet in full spate this week. When I look over the old stone bridge I realise how much energy is being wasted and how a turbine could fulfill most of our needs but such a device needs to work independent of flow volume.

Really good that your back pain course has been so helpful.Good morning everyone from another potentially soggy day here in the dark and dangerous north. Mr Pickle, our grandson has gone to Barcelona to play in the U14 tournaments with his team, North Yorkshire Football Academy. They won their first game 2-1 yesterday but struggled thereafter. Onwards and upwards, more games today. I shall be packing a bag for the final week of the back pain course. I must say that it has been quite beneficial in terms of both knowledge gained and importantly, help with lowering the pain itself by way of several types of exercise and relaxation techniques. Art bit - final bits of detail added, will do some coloring this afternoon. Have a wonderful day if you can. I better go and make some koffy .

Had to have the heating on for some time Ann. We have a very old stone house that is always cool even in hot weather with little heat gain from sun.3.9 at 2.30 am (Libre alarm woke me up) and I got myself up because by then I was very sore. Pills, tea and dozed in the kitchen chair until about 6.30 but it was so cold, I went back to bed and slept until 9.30. Then, too sore to stay there so I got up again. The kitchen was very cold so I put a little convection heater on. This refusing to put on the central heating is all very well, and does save money but it's not comfortable. I'm not the fit young thing I used to be when I could quite comfortably cope with the cold. Just had some lovely and warm tomato soup for breakfast, to warm me up a bit.
