You have to sort through some of my inadvertently long and political posts!
Such as Brexit benefits!!!!!!

You have to purchase the audio version through Amazon!
And also a Bluetooth headset, so you can do your chores at the same time.
Rate of pay to be discussed with relevant government minister!
And you know how that goes!

Moderators may well do a fair bit of moderating, but as we're talking about moderation here, I suspect that this will probably apply to moderate salaries as well....
 
Thank you very much whoever nominated me. I’m flattered. I’ve thought long and hard (again) as I’d love to give back to this place that has given me so much. Unfortunately I feel I’m a little too prone to saying it how it is in response to some more abrasive posts and right now life is such that my filters are a little thinner than I feel a mod should have. I’m sure I’ll stick about and maybe next year I’ll be more zen and feel in a better position to stand.
 
Apologies, as far as I know, all the new mods have been updated with dates. Am I missing something?

Because there was no update in thread or in a post of its own about the results of nominations.

I see now that the first post was edited (to reflect no vote required due to spaces available for all nominees) but many of us just go to new posts or first unread etc and missed that edit.
