What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Looks like it will be a sunny day today.

Wildlife trail camera.
It was mostly just foxes in the night loitering around. Other beasties fleetingly ran through.

Creative - as before - from some soft pastel paintings I did a few years ago. I am reworking them. I also had some Aquarelle Neocolour pastels Caran D'Ache (pastels to add water to), and played with these. So, a sort of pastel mixed media painting.

Have a peaceful day.

Thank you gennepher for an impressive picture.
Luminous dawn's are incredible times to be looking at the rising Sun coming out the mist in some of our beautiful countryside. I will never forget one nearly thirty five years ago in early May at the bottom of Carrock Fell. No wonder Stone Age man built a hill fort on its top 2000 feet up.

Years ago J & I would go round the standing stones and circles, and be there pre-dawn, and watch the sun rise....

Morning all on the day after TDD. Summer's end seems to have been delayed - points failure in SW1A? @lindisfel excellent fbg so relax already with the move more stress :D @Annb hug for the soreness but good news on the weather. @gennepher thank you so much for the creative which evokes fond memories of autumn somewhere only I know. @dunelm thanks for sharing the splendid art and enjoy time with your son. @Krystyna23040 your clients and classes are truly blessed to have such a caring teacher.
If you find yourself having to work at enjoying yourself something is wrong. Stop, sit still with a soft beverage of choice and shut down - or cut some grass:D RIP Jimmy Buffet - no doubt some sage once said you'll never amount to anything with that attitude Jimmy - nice potted obit. Changes in attitude changes in latitude could be a theme song for some here. Enjoy your day - there were once rumours you can go your own way.

Very late, due to the days itenary.
6.8, pre match nerves, I think of just busy getting pre match chores and a little bit of pre match shopping done!
Seen six of my grandkids today! At the match and at home when I got home post match!
Beautiful day here in Lamontia clear blue skies and a hole that star gazing is possible later if the mossies let me.

Gotta go Mrs L is having a touch of misrememberitis to get on her Facebook page! (Again!)

Saw the moon very early this am in the Western sky. it still looked quite bright. Then again when it's dark here its really dark, no streetlights.

Eldest rang today and advised me on my trip to Cardiologist. She wasn't well this week and was quite poorly, I think she believes she has had a new variant, it doesn't always show positive on a lateral flow test.
She needs to go to work this week, because she retires on Friday from her job at Liverpool medical school.

I have had a really good day today. End of year accounts ready to go to the accountant. End of year was 31st July - so we have done really well.

The place we used to take the excel expenditure sheets to be copied from A4 to A3 has closed down so we went to the library to use their photocopier.. Luckily there was a very helpful librarian who helped us copy them as we couldn't work out how to use their machine.
