7.4 this morning! Disappointed. I ate exactly the same as yesterday (yes boring i know) The only difference is I had a minor op on my finger to remove a synovial cyst yesterday afternoon and a flu jab, but I feel fine and no pain from the finger

Just a thought and an edit to add…. I tested my BG again after I’d been down the garden and let the chickens out and it was still 7.4! Wondering if I should test as soon as I sit up in bed! I’ll try that tomorrow.

I can’t wait until I’ve had my back operation and then I can start redesigning my garden and adding veg and flower beds. Enjoy your allotment

Morning all. Hope all goes well @DEBBIESCOTT. Bedtime 7.7. This morning 7.4. Can only put it down to 2 squares of 70% salted caramel chocolate. Apart from that, I'd only had 13g Carbs. I'm going away for the weekend but I will be careful. Have a good weekend too folks.

Mine used to be around 5.6 to 5.9 but lately it’s been around 5.9 to 6.5 . This mornings was 6.3 but a kebab minus the bread and a couple of pints last night it was 6.3 this morning .
