I/we all have all the required data on the CUH app on
my/our phone but the nurses can't sign to say they gave the treatment that way. Some patients may not be treated today as the infusions are time sensitive.

Oh no - what a nightmare. We do rely so much on IT working properly. Good that you got your treatment.

Most of the bunch of leaders today deserve to be put on the B Ark if the calamity comes. It was not surprising to hear how politicians in control in the Pandemic couldn't grasp the basic science of the scientists approach to COVID 19!

And we put our lives in the hands of such men!

In another vein to start the day, I mentioned women with prostates yesterday which is a clear contradiction. Woman means 'man with a womb' which is true of most women of the past Anglo Saxon heritage.
It is not true of those in Jewish biblical times where I believe the corresponding word does not mean man with womb, but ish-sha. I don't have Hebrew but means..Out of man ..from the story of Adam and Eve and the rib.

Good morning everyone on a windy start to the day here in the dark and dangerous north. 5.7 this am. Krank. That’s German for Blagh! Day three of being Blagh! I would milk it for all it’s worth but that would be even more exhausting. Still, as long as I can get untangled from getting both legs into one slot in my undergarments then life is hopping good. Kids, don’t try this at home unless you are a tic tac sensation. Art bit, not much but a little more. Hope your day is littered with little packs of joy. I shall have at least one, koffy, Monsoon Malabar that I splashed out on a couple of weeks ago.

Well it isn't really.
It was Midnight being creative...
I was asleep on the couch and he had climbed on to the wooden shelves by the window which had all my last 3 weeks SD Trail camera cards in envelopes and labelled and dated. Midnight had managed to knock most of them off on to a sleeping me, and the SD cards had escaped their envelopes...

Here is a photo of the culprit...

An ambulance with blue lights has just come into the road. It has stopped outside a house I don't know the people. I had better go out and check if there is anything i can do, but there is not much I can do. I cannot telephone for people for them...

There but for the grace of God go I...

Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen, in these days of doom gloom and despondency here’s a little good news, well good news for me, me’s and myself. The religious zealots that populate the centre of Reading on Wednesdays afternoon’s totally ignored me again, they appear to have learnt to leave me alone. To quote nobody in particular “ life as we know it is good “ The Trekkies that read this might smile.

Blood sugars yesterday were 4.8 and this morning were 5.8

The Covid inquiry the other day highlighted an important fact in my opinion that if you don’t understand simple science you cannot and should not be making life affecting policy decisions. Blessed are the numerate.

My posting over the next few days might be a trifle erratic, we have friends coming to stay till Monday and at the moment our plans are a fluid.

Now stay safe, stay warm, remember a smile costs nothing but gives so much.
Now if nobody minds I have some Vogon poetry to study in place of the media.
 
Morning all from post Thanksgiving LA where turkey remains abound and the Detroit Lions still can't win on Thanksgiving Day. When I remembered to swipe @ 9.10 ish Libre showed 5.5. Not a disaster daahling but distinctly suboptimal. @dunelm thanks for sharing the art, hug for being Krank/Blah. Hope you enjoyed the aspirational coffee. @Lamont D the Blue Team of the past decade+ are the 4th or 5th Sunday extra Xi paying obeisance to a myth held by their party members' and their own misunderstood idea of an outdated and discredited paradigm. @alf_Josiah the numerate were and still are fighting like rats in a sack over what the numbers actually were and meant so even our innumerate PM had reason to ask for some answers. All yeah but, no but just with graphs from partial and (deliberately?) inaccurate data and spurious models - they had no real idea what was going to happen either as the inquiry is making crystal clear.
