Good to see today's post that it's improving .Left hand playing up again today but I've found one of my support gloves to help a bit. Not sure what I did to deserve that, unless it was prising the tight, plastic lid off of a canister yesterday. It seems to take less and less to cause pain in muscles and joints.
I have light weight ones and 2 types of heavy duty ones. I used the very heavy duty ones all yesterday (made of the same stuff that wetsuits are made of) but put on the lighter one overnight. Between them they seem to have fixed it for now. Just need to be careful how I open cans and jars.Good to see today's post that it's improving .
Wasn't aware of such things and with the bad hand playing up I've been using the wrist strap more of late to protect it a little bit .
Looked up the gloves, liked the reviews so I purchased a pair.
Let's see if they can offer anything to my hand < pray >
So thank you for post .
Due to my arthritis, I went shopping for the utensils, such as a tin opener, that had bigger handles etc.I have light weight ones and 2 types of heavy duty ones. Smashing - really picks up the colours. I like the one that looks as though the dragonfly is captured in a water droplet.Fbg 6.8

Good move getting Kiki in, those hunters take pot shots at anything that moves and sometimes they are pretty inebriated by mid afternoon.22.09
FBG 5.9
There are hunters here! In tbe field opposite. Kiki had just gone out, but I realised without her collar and called her in. Then gunshots. Dogs and hunting horns. So she is now hiding under the oven.
As far as I am aware the hunting season here starts next weekend. But it varies from one canton to another, so some have obviously decided to start now.
Thank you @ianpspurs. Mama Mia - or as the Italians would say, “mamma Mia!”Morning all on what is now the start of Fall/Autumn according to even the traditionalists. By the looks of the forecast this week the weather agrees - 13 ºC Friday and Saturday. My fbg was 4.9 which was a nice surprise as last evening my routine was put out of kilter. A decision was taken (not by me ) to have an Indian takeaway, watch the boxing and sample my spirits cellar. No rain here overnight and so far (10.00) yet today. #3 son has done a recyling centre run for us in the dry. He and his partner slept here as the ladies have gone to Mama Mia the party. JKP's ticket was a Christmas present from the boys. @jjraak thanks for the link to road closures earlier as they were going to drive all the way, hence the sleep over as it was an 8.00 am start, but are now driving part way - Epping? - and taking the tube. @gennepher thank you for sharing the kaleidoscope. @dunelm thank you for sharing the art. Good news that rain didn't stop play yesterday and even better news that the meal was smashing. Enjoy the walk and have a safe but uneventful journey home. @SlimLizzy well done on realising in time that Kiki was out with no collar. Have as good a Sunday as possible everyone - still too early to start the sprouts.
