(pulled a hamstring on yesterday's run. Very painful.)

6.1 and HBA1C recorded last week at 40. Downn from 44 in February, and 51 at diagnosis in November 2024. 18kg lost in weight through low car diet and exercise. I've rarely felt better.

That is a marvellous result well done .
