Everything is a minefield isn't it? Trying to keep the husband going with salads and I find on Sainsburys that salad dressings are full of carbs and sugar. What do you all use? Because we can't stomach nekkid lettuce!

Similar recipe to my secret sauce (McDonald’s burger sauce for the uninitiated) I don’t add ketchup butAnd for a "secret sauce" mayo - starting from 4 tablespoons mayo, teaspoonish German mustard, teaspoonish low sugar ketchup, 2 diced caperberries.
You adjust the levels to taste. Personally I use 4 caperberries and 3x mustard.
