How was the concert I used to be fan of his music ?Yesterday I drove from the east coast of England where I live across country to Swansea in order to see bob dylan tonight.
I’d packed a dozen boiled eggs some amazing jars of roasted peppers in virgin olive oil and some cheeses which made a fabulous non glucose spike lunch
However on arrival in Swansea I was tempted and succumbed to two glasses of red wine and an Indian meal. Of course I avoided the rice, the papadum , all of the obvious carby stuff etc.
Due to the true wonders of the libre I noted as my glucose levels rise from five to just over seven where they stayed for more than twelve hours.
The last time I ate at an Indian restaurant was pre diagnosis , ten years ago !
Thank you, unfortunately it didntlibre 4.5 fingerprick 5.8 nippy outside -2 brrrrr
hope goes well for you
A hug for the relentless struggle .6.3 today…what a struggle. I am very low carb, don’t eat after 5, exercise a ton and still….but I do know type 3c is different, sometimes it’s just frustrating.
Gym was lower body weights and a nice walk and chat with a gym buddy. More shopping, at least Costco wasn’t too crazy. It’s very close to my house, I could walk, and going at night is quieter but hubby needed his prescription. I came home with a whole lot of cheese. I love cheese. it was on sale and will last in the fridge for quite some time. Or not…
The Kirkland brand seven year aged cheddar…it is so good…and it seems they only stock it here for the holidays.
