What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

T2 for 10 years, am about to hit 70 this weekend, have three meals out planned and also hosting people over 4 days ……
My morning fasting levels are usually about 5.6.
Not sure what the next few days are going to bring though!

@OrsoKartt recently i have tried an experiment. I usually inject one levemir dose of 20 at 6.30 6.45. But my breakfast readings are usually 10 _ 15. (Eggs or fish ), Hence lunch, or main meal can be similar . So experimented I will write elsewhere on this
