On waking:a Brazil
Brekkie: 1 local butchers sausage and a rasher of bacon. Best sausage ever. Seriously. High meat content, but no idea of carb content...
Lunch: carvery, small Yorkshire mostly air, no potato or stuffing or gravy, or sweet corn, or parsnips, or...
Snack: Durian crisps
Snack: jelly and cream
Is that a nut or some kind of topiary?

I suppose it is. Cows are meant to be tall. I think people think of the black and white Friesians which got smaller and fatter over time.

Yes that is our farmhouse circa 1896 or maybe a bit earlier. The men are Mr Ethyl's ggg grandad and gg grandad whom our son Toby is named after. The house was extended shortly afterwards as Tobias snr had 7 sons!
That is wonderful. Great continuity :)

I just went for the peeler first. i have a cupboard of gadgets as yet unused. Mr E's party piece is telling everyone about the chicken brick I bought as a student from Habitat 27 years ago. It is still in box.

Your habitat chicken brick is probably a collector's piece now!

My julienne peeler is just like a tattie peeler with teeth. Very low tech.

That's what I tell him. Along with the bamboo steamer and Habitat earthenware Tagine.
I think mine is like that. Nothing that requires assembling or is fiddly to clean.

Brekkie: green smoothie
Elevenses: 4 squares 70%
Lunch: miso and veg soup
Snack: 9bar
Dinner: 97% sausages, sugar snap peas, onion bhajis, berries and cream

Not enough fat today. Felt all tired/wilty late afternoon and early evening. Not hypo, just floppy. But then, looking at the days menu, it's hardly surprising!
