Sorry but it was a beautiful day here. The sun was shining, but it was really windy. Did 1hr 15 mins walking in total.

Did a few miles on my bike this evening. What a mistake, it nearly froze my face off!

20 minutes peddling so far.
Two more stints taking me to 63 minutes in total.

Walked to local shops and carried the shopping home , walking and weight lifting lol

About an hour

But the hail , snow , thunder and lightening happened.

So I took the car to the shop , 3 minute walk from car to shop , 10 minute walk around the shop , 3 minute walk back to car , no it's not my activity for the day , even I would say that was pushing it . So why did I tell you all that ? Well I'm home now and thawing out , it was absolutely Baltic and my fingers are sore as they freeze out lol.

Better go and iron after a cuppa tea to thaw out some more z

2 hrs walking. Lots of it against the wind and uphill.

Well had to go for a walk tonight to combat the effect a take away Chicken korma had on my BS. 4.9 to 13.8 .....should know better .
Settled to just over 8 now .

Still walking the dog of a morning ... BUT ..... back into the gym, registered for the 10 week challenge, now 4 weeks in, weight traing 4 or 5 times a week, 2 sessions being PT where I get a sound thrashing!

Driving around and not getting much exercise done at all atm, even though I'm on holiday (or maybe that's the reason!).

Walked back from town this morning - wow it was windy. Around 20 mins

Up early , went to Prestwick shore , 35 minutes alternating 60 steps walk /60 steps run .

Feeling superior lol
