If you find that difficult then you should discuss it with your GP first. You may be able to change the timing but that may reduce its efficacy. Something you and the GP need to consider. Changing the timing without discussion is not really recommended.

I keep forgetting to take it, so does it matter if i changed it to breakfast time, when i am more likely to remember?
The box says evening too. Why? Does it matter?
