Two - thin cashmere one; chunky polo neck (and a couple of base layers). Feel the cold so much these days and have colleagues that like to open windows...........brrrr........

Keep up the hot fluids to distract yourself. I find that long walks suppress my appetite.

I tested too early and was 6.7 because I’d forgotten when I’d last eaten. Left it two hours and 5.8 popped up. That’s fine and I’m pretty happy with that. Actually I’m happy with that and 6.7.

Guess I’ll just be happy then.

This is rare!. Savour it lol.

I did have pizza and a few beers last night. Back to the noodle soup tonight.
