August FBG average was 6.2 (6.6 in July)
and August average weight 68.1 kg (68.8 in July)
all in the right direction ahead of my 6 monthly Hba1c next week

Blood tests lined up for this morning, crunch time for the hba1c after three months completely off of metformin.

Edit: I did not go and get the tests done, I took my Digoxin heart tablets without thinking and one of the tests is for the Digoxin levels.

7.0 today - entirely predictable as yesterday was carb heavy - 2x beer at lunch midway through a16mile walk, then curry, 1/2 naan bread & 1 more beer for dinner. Back to being good today
