What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

5.5 this morning.
Have had a lovely walk through Sheringham Park today. The sea looked so calm and beautiful from the view points and it was also so nice going deep into the woodland. A really good workout as it is so hilly there.
Then of course the very important visit to the National Trust courtyard cafe.

5.3 this morning.
I am so lucky that I have an easy day today. The morning class was full and was a really good class. I have just got one 1:1 shortly then nothing until the 6pm class.

This doesn't happen very often so I am really looking forward to the long break. Will relax and read here in the hall before going over to the pub across the road for a meal.

7.5 this cool day, cloudy with a chance of meatballs for tea. Swedish of course.

Mrs L has been offered a place starting this weekend. Just waiting for documents to sign.
having a much busier quieter day.

just so tired.

Best wishes.

Hi Lamont.

Good to hear things are moving forward.

Be a wrench, I'm sure
But I hope it gives you some respite and a chance to just stand still, after so long doing everything you do, day after day.

Likely hard to do, but do put your feet up at some point and have a well earned snooze.

Make the time work for you, and try not to waste it

See it as a coach would .
Out of the team for a nothing match, because your being saved for a vital league game.

They wouldn't want you racing around like a loon
They'd want you fresh & rested..right

It's your breather before you're back in the mix again and offering that star performance, You've been pounding out endlessly these last few years .

Best wishes fella
