    For my lunch I had 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of danish bread which are 10g per slice, 2 vegetarian sausages which are 4.8g for both, a small portion of fried mushrooms and 2 hash browns which are 17g carbs for both.     Yeah the bread lol. Oh that's really good, at first I was eating bread that was near enough 20g carbs per slice and Danish bread is 10g carbs per slice. I recommend that!

    Diagnosed with type 1 8 days ago and i'm struggling with my food - having just 3 meals a day without too much snacking because i'm constantly hungry. Wondering if anyone has ideas on what foods I can snack on or more filling meals.
