    Yes you are right but it tastes far better than the hovis low carb bread which I originally tried but found it hard to get in many shops and was around the same price.

    Pre-diabetic

    I was originally beyond pre diabetic when first diagnosed. HD a brilliant nurse who was very pro low carb diet. Lost weight and for the last 4 years I have been in remission.

    Update

    When I first started it was between 35 and 50 because I needed to lose a few stone. Now I aim to be between 50 and 90 although I sometimes get to above 100 at weekends. However I am maintaining my wait and blood sugar.

    Not been on here for a while because I thought I was doing ok. Just got results for my latest blood test and 3 years on I am still In my remission with a blood sugar reading of 41. Thanks for all help in past, low carb really works.

    How many carbs are classed as a.low carb diet. I have googled it and it states 50-100 is classed as.low which to me seems high. It also states keto is below 50.
