    eGFR of 60 ml/min - very worried!

    Hi. My latest test results show my eGFR as 60. I'm aware this is concerning! It has been between 69 and 80 in the last few years and tends to go up and down slightly but this is the lowest. Has anyone managed to improve their eGFR? Any advice? Thanks.

    Has anyone been able to reverse minor kidney damage?

    Has anyone who got there blood sugars back to normal we’re able to also reverse any kidney damage from diabetes? (If you had kidney damage) I spoke to my doctor today and looks like my kidneys have slight damage although my function is normal.
