‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

We met the challenge once again on Thursday evening; fed and watered and kitchen closed by 7.00 pm.
I still feel pleasantly full at well past bedtime.

Rose to the challenge once again on Sunday and had concluded our last meal of the day by 6.00 pm.

is anyone still doing this challenge?
I think it is a very helpful habit for minimising glucose spikes
I am usually very hungry by 10pm but it sky-rockets my glucose
(I am Type-2)
