Good night all. Sleep well.

We met the challenge once again on Thursday evening; fed and watered and kitchen closed by 7.00 pm.

Good night all.

On Friday we concluded our evening refreshments by 7.00 pm. I'm still feeling pleasantly full at well past bedtime.

Good night all.

Hi everyone sorry I’ve been awol!

Managed to meet the challenge all week but that doesn’t mean to say I’ve been sticking to low carb! :arghh: And I’ve noticed it has affected my mood.
Well done everyone you’re doing so well and have a fab BH weekend
