Do you mean a bought tub of coleslaw or making coleslaw?Hi can I eat coleslaw?
Why would it have to be low fat? Are you restricting the fats in your diet as well as the carbs?Does it have to b low fat?
Yes am doing that now. Walked over to our shop to get some eggs and walked the long way back. Let’s see what happens at around half 8. XIf you’re going for a bought one, I would find the lowest carb one, and test to see if it affects your levels
Thank you. I soooo hope I can. Cos I could eat bucket loads of salad then. Thank you. XI eat it quite a lot and never had problem with blood sugars. Even better, cheese coleslaw, so delicious.
Thank you. Gonna test at 8.30. Wish me luck. Been for walk too with my AirPods in. XFats are fine. Check labels, but many coleslaws don't have many carbs.
No but I always used to to lose weight. Seems so strange to eat full fat. XDo you mean a bought tub of coleslaw or making coleslaw?
I made a lovely coleslaw yesterday, very few carbs, didn't affect my numbers.
A bought tub though might have lots of carbs, check the label to find out.

Fats do not raise blood glucose.

I don’t miss that - not keen but……I miss crisps sooooo much. I don’t think the alternatives will do it for me. If coleslaw is all good then dipping cucumber sticks in it of an evening will b good enough for me. Xx.I tell you what I do miss and doubt I’ll be having ever again - potato salad
If you make your own, using full fat mayo, it keeps in a sealed tub in the fridge for 4-5 days.Thank you. X

I feel your pain sister lol. XYeah that’s hard. I like crisps too…I watched with an open mouth yesterday as husband and son ate a whole tub of Pringles together. I wasn’t hating on them…no no no not me
Depends wholly on what's in it... I naively got some from the local supermarket and as it turned out there was a lot of various sugars in there for some reason. But if you can find a good one, or make your own with proper full fat mayo, you should be a-okay.Hi can I eat coleslaw? Does it have to b low fat? X
